Be careful booking at this place! Better just go somewhere else to save you the hassle. I've booked a room here through booking.com. They sent me 10 chats stating to pay via a link. Booking says in these chats to not click any suspicious links so I was on guard. I sent them an email asking what to do but never got an answer. The chats about paying increased however, rather aggressively. Of course our room was cancelled upon arrival. The boy at the desk, claiming to be the manager, never gave me an answer about what happened with my email or a proper answer as to how this is even possible with a confirmation from booking.com. I'm sure he had a room more expensive waiting for us. I was livid. Never has this happened. It feels very much like a money scheme, in any case not a way to treat your guests. Shameful really.

Could not imagine worst place. Arrived in the evening (23.30) and the gate was closed. Two people were inside and waited for me to understand that one of 5 gates was open and I had to do it, in the meantime they were laughing about me. After I entered the premises, there were wild dogs everywhere. The check in was terrible, booking.com gave one room and they did not want us to give it even though it was written on the recipe. Room extremely dirty and smelly (probably used as a smoker room) no shower/toilet only a hose and with a bucket. No toilet paper, soap, towels or anything...really did not think of something like that and was not expecting luxury or anything. The bedsheets were dirty as the pillows (black yellowish). The door of the room could not be shut and was there keep closed with a home made barricade of chairs and tables.

We’re extremely disappointed,we came here as a family to enjoy at first it was going well then it took a turn,The most dirtiest,disgusting hotel i’ve ever seen personally i have seen bad ones but this one was absolutely terrible never to visit,it’s filled with cockroaches everywhere and the sheets have been torn the wood was broken and there was a window in the washroom and when we complained the stuck cardboard which was very cheap of them,there is only 1 very very dark light bulb and they do not wash everything,overall this hotel is not even a review and we do not have to waste Our energy and time in this disgusting Hotel😔😡

Worst place. Dirty wash rooms, very very poor house keeping, no coffee / tea. delayed / late breakfast, don't change linen every day, very poorly staffed, unconcerned team. Never stay there at all. Only if you don't have a budget and you have no other choice - as in our case.
