Ghost Hotel- Address is fake

The hotel address is fake, I booked through Agoda. The cab from airport could not find this address in BJ block. No one picks up the phone. It was late and we finally had to book some atrociously prized hotel in Sector 5 paying 4 times . Avoid this hotel like plague

I booked via an agent who confirmed my booking but did not tell me about any check-in timingd. When I reached the hotel at around four thirty in the afternoon, I was made to sit for more than an hour due to their internal confusion and finally was allotted a different room (though it had better facilities, I admit). Otherwise, the room was good and had a giant TV.

I booked through Asia Miles for 1-3 November for early check in as I landed on 31 October past midnight. I was extremely tired and at 5.44am when I called the hotel to ask if I could come, I was horrified to find there was no room for me. Senapaty, the front desk man was most rude. So I called the Corporate Office and spoke to Aditya who had earlier confirmed my early check in. But he denied everything and finally when he did find my bookings he changed the tune to say they have check in at 12pm. Dealing with them was a nightmare. To cut long story short, I decided not to go to them and reported it to Asia Miles who were great. Unfortunately this cheapstakes refused to refund my money so I lost my Asia Miles points. DON'T EVER GO THERE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER CARE AND ARGUE UNNECESSARILY AND ILLOGICALLY. WHILE THEIR STAFF DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, THEY THINK IT'S OKAY TO RIP ME OFF. I WAS BOOKED AS VIMLA CHAND.

Not a good location it's a house the food they offer is very expensive so not worth like a old house pl see other hotel no market nearby no conveyance like auto bus stop is also 1km far no staff I not liked

Everything was good. Accommodation was also good.Please give the proper location because we had to struggle to find the room.It was a family trip and everything was suitable for a family.Overall excellent.
