I booked a room to attend one corporate meeting but they never gave check in and more than that staff was that rude that they did not bother to ask even the water. Misbehaved and denied to give refund as well. I don't know in hospitality industry how come you just keep the money without offering any services. This is the pathetic level of services and fabhotel is totally responsible it. They might have better hotels than Oyo but they are way less from oyo in terms of customer handling. I have posted about these frauds in a public forms too. Shame on you Fab and hill view suites.

The negative vibes were very prominent, the moment I stepped inside the premises with my friend. The same feeling was carried forward when we reached the checkin counter where the staff was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. He tried to ask vague questions about me and my friend and was continuously staring at my friend who was wearing a short dress. She felt quite uncomfortable at that moment and so forth during the stay. The room was barely meeting the acceptable status, dirty bed sheets, only one dirty towel, even though the booking was done for two guests, no toiletries. And Mosquitoes! The breakfast was so spicy, I had tears coming out of my eyes after eating that. The checkout was also horrible experience cause I wanted to checkout after just one night and the Booking was for two. The manager was still asking me the money for two nights. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if traveling as a couple.

Hotel is situated at a very nice location, but has to improve on hygiene. There are cockroaches in the rooms. This is the only drawback. Staff are courteous and pleasant. Room and service is good. Food is good.

We had a terrible experience especially during check in, no one is ready to entertain at the reception. Check in process is too long and cumbersome. You will be late if you are there for any meeting or business purpose. Among all fab hotels this one is the worst. Geyser is common for multiple rooms if one switch it off then other rooms will be affected. Exhaust fan of one bathroom is connected with other means bad odour from one bathroom will be vented out in other bathroom. This is ridiculous. If there was an option I would give negative rating.

You would certainly not see any boards, however the location is perfect for peace. Party with friends or weekend getaway with family, the room and services will not disappoint. Try for sure as it wouldn't cost much.
