Worst experience I ever had, rooms were flooded with water, and toilets were not functional. Food of $350 only had half plate quantity. Could have been 100 times better. However after this kind of unfilling facility it was timid from both business ends so I had to leave the hotel the very next day.

Value for money. A 3-star hotel which keeps up to its reputation. There were no extras but breakfast was simple and day. Air-conditioning here was adequate but there were no windows in the room. So if you are not used to closed rooms with no windows.... don't go for it.

I was having confirmed booking with HotelFab Atlas Plaza through booking.com which I reserved using my credit card. When I went to the hotel, I was denied the check-in at the fabhotel atlas plaza? I was told my booking was transferred to hotelfab Veera residency as I didn't pay advance amount. When I went to the hotel fab Veera residency, they also denied check-in? The link they sent for paying the booking advance didn't work. It was really stressful and inconvenience searching for hotel in midnight for 2 hours. Very bad service. They don't have direct hotel number and calling to their call center is of no help. Worst service. Not recommend.

We booked this hotel on last minute deal coming to trade show in Bombay Exhibition Center. 35m2 family room advertised on booking.com was in fact half that size. It was very small but still adequate. Decent shower with hot water (don’t forget to turn on switch marked “GEYSER”!) Good Wi-Fi. Room was clean and towels changed daily. No windows in the room but you won’t like the view anyway. Air conditioning working very well. Neighborhood is a typical Mumbai mix of new buildings and slums. Hotel itself looks out to busy road but you don’t hear traffic noise inside. Rooms aren’t soundproofed however. There’s a nearby market and some stalls that sell water and fruits. For European food there are several McDonalds near Andheri station. The station itself is only 5 minutes on foot but you won’t use trains in Mumbai, trust me. Indian breakfast will be brought to your room if you notify reception staff from 8 a.m. Hotel staff were always helpful, ordering cheap taxi for us and helping with luggage. BEC is 10 minutes and 150 IND away by taxi (Saturday morning) or 30 minutes if you hit traffic (pretty much always in Mumbai). Good cheap alternative to expensive hotels if you are attending trade shows in Bombay Exhibition Center.

This is an ideal hotel for a brief stay era the international airport. The best about the hotel is the porter staffs. They could not wait to help you. The reception had a bit of organisation problem i.e. messages weren't left properly if a late night receptionist organised something. The location is very good in a very busy Mumbai area. It is ideal for shopping, fresh fruits, fast food, restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean. No restaurant available on the premise. Our biggest disappointment was that I booked two identical King Double rooms but ended with one good size King and another very small King room with very small bathroom which was crammed with shower and w/c. I will not accept the explanation that I was fortunate to receive one good size room!! The truth is that one of the allocated room was not to our expectation.
