Pathetic and unprofessional, Paharganj hotels are far better than this despite of being located in good locality. Poor wifi; very low flow of water; centralised AC sucks. Will never book this hotel in my lifetime.

We turned up at the hotel expecting to stay there, but were then told by staff that there was a problem with piping and they would be putting us up at "their" other property. This hotel was booked through and agent and they were not informed of this change even though they would have known about this problem long enough to make a simple phone call. The staff at this hotel were rude and disrespectful! The reception staff dismissed us anytime we tried to talk to them or ask a question. They seemed to be more interested on continuing their own personal call and telling us to "just sit down and wait"

There was a load of student staying the night the group were there and they ran up and down the corridors, banged on each others doors and generally created havoc from 10pm until 5am when they muat have fallen asleep exhausted ! Disgraceful behaviour and the hotel couldn't care less. The rest of the group couldn't sleep either becasue of the noise. Breakfast was self service and not to my taste so I asked for something off the menu I had in the room. I obviously came down too early as it took ages for me to get an omlette and coffee that I requested. Hotel not near anywhere of interest. Not recommended

Quite disappointing experience with the overall stay at Evoke. The rooms are not fit for a family stay. * Soiled bedsheets * Burnt charging points * Minibar fridge without a plug (non functional) * Bell buttons that do not function * No dustbins * No tissues * The bathroom is mouldy and the door doesn't lock * Hazardous wires hanging out of walls * Peak winter and there is no hot water in the bathrooms * Breakfast is passable * Family next door in a room with mechanical lock got locked in with no help from front desk until we alerted again On checkout, we are proudly told that we got the upgraded room. Wonder what would be the state of the regular ones. One star for the great wifi speeds. Travellers should check reviews on Google. People tend to not put too many poor reviews on TripAdvisor

I don’t usually write reviews but I will have to give a thumbs up for Evoke lifestyle . We are on our Pubg tournament and we are in Delhi going At dream hack every day for Pubg tournament . This hotel was amazing. Not because it was big, or fancy... but the service was of the charts!!! Our room was clean and environmental friendly. The staff for dinner Was really good . Service again and friendliness of the chart! our friends and I do recommend this hotel. The experience is going to be memorable forever in our minds and hearts!!!
