AC failure our family came from sarafa bazar ( indore) to hotel their was AC failure We called reception they sent mahender he was cleaning AC pipe but AC did not work moreover they don’t have fan in their rooms so their was suffocation for more than 1 hrs no solution was found when I insisted on room change their staff misbehaved with me they said you have to shift your belongings in middle of night since they will lose revenue Such terrible behaviour no coustumer satisfaction I had a heated argument with Pushkar. After much argument they gave me upgraded room but irony was AC not working on this room also. Flabbergasted and disappointed this is hieght of irresponsiblty Highly Disappointed and advise not to book this hotel

Feel welcome Quiet, clean, always so friendly and flexible staff :). This hotel has been my unbeatable stay . Throughout the premises have been developed and concept upgraded without exaggeration but keeping promises we had Roka function and it was amazing and Best front desk staff was really courteous and helpful we specially wanted to mentioned one staff name kajal she is really very helpfull and polite easily taking checkin to checkout everything always ready for any assistance. we really appreciated to get .
