Great location. All the happening places are near by. Baga beach and the famous Titos Club just behind the Eros Boutique Hotel. Rooms are cozy and hygienic. They dont have own kitchen but no worries there are somany restaurants near by just walkable distance. You can get everything near by (500 mtrs). Staffs are very professional and friendly. Will recommend surely to my friends and relatives. Thanks

Goa being one of the favourite and most visited destination. The Eros Hotel gives an additional satisfaction for holidays once would plan. It was a great holiday at Eros. The property is at it's best location. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I had a great Experience. Really amazing place where one would spend their holidays. Thanks to team Eros for providing such an excellent services. Will definitely recommend to all.

The hotel is pathetic, there is no sense of hygiene in the room, the condition of the room is the same as the attached pictures as i have taken these pictures in the rooms only. We checked-in to the hotel at 6:30pm, # the first thing in the room I found on the bed is hairs, so don't know whether they put fresh linen or used. # the room walls are having fungus as in the picture # the rooms are in the dirty shape # the room tiles are broken # the bathroom is so filthy # there is spider in the bathroom # the bucket in the bathroom is having full of rust and broken # the washbasin area is broken # the entire bathroom is having seepage # the dustbin are so dirty as it is never cleaned. # there is no Wi-Fi in the room at all as it doesn't work. # the crockery kept is chipped. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone as to be very honest the management of this hotel is really not responsive at all and the manager I believe his name is Manas is very rude. also I would like to add one more thing that goibibo team also not helpful as I waited in the room for 3 hrs for the resolution but they were not able to do anything.

We booked this hotel after on agoda at a price of rs 3100 for two nights. Agoda sent us the confirmation and we were to pay directly at the hotel. However when we called the hotel next day, they said us that they have released the room( basically cancelled, because the booking was on direct payment and they released the booking to make sure that we pay more at the time of checkin) and now insted of delux room super delux room will be given at a price of rs 3700/- for two nights. Post reaching here, when we check the rooms all rooms are similar, there is no difference between Deluxe or super deluxe rooms. There is no proper staff management. Since there manger is not available here, these people asked to pay in cash. No gpay/ paytm etc in this time. At last the receptionist guy agreed to send payment on some third person's number. This much wasting of time. After which they took our numbers and called their manager ( WHO IS NOT IN THE PROPERTY ) who then sent otp on each of our numbers to verify us???? This was after they have taken our details and id proofs. In the room, their tv was not recharged. Electric kettle is broken, and best thing, THERE IS NO PHONE IN tHE ROOM to contact the receptionist. The hotel has no provison for food and in their welcome letter they have mentioned that no outside food allowed. So Mr manager and staff kindly brief where we are supposed to eat. Without checking they have made their guidelines. Horrible experience.

Staff dont care about you...i entered the hotel early hours because bus drop us early..firstly their location on google map is incorrect...i call these people 3-4 times but nobody picks up the call...the actual location is 1.3 km what it is showing on the map. When you enter any hotel they usually greet you but here that is not the case. I greeted him 😁 he doesn’t seems interested. The electric kettle has fungus. Room was ok ok...location is good. Fridge condition was worst. At the time of check out the guy took the keys after that said nothing...i asked him are we good to go? He still did not respond back and we left...that is the behaviour when we havent complained for anything...there were few people in their rooms even there were no toiletries...terrible hotel...with almost the same price you can easily get 4 or 5* hotel...dont waste your money here...i booked this because i dont have for research and looked at the photos and i feel all good but bad decisions...we stayed there for 2 nights for 5700 i feel if you are getting this around 1000-1500 then it is worth.
