Hotel is nice but starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Room was fine, met expectations. We were there working and were initially told there was bus pick-up at this hotel, only to find out there was not. Had to walk up to the Sheraton, not only to catch the bus, but also to get a taxi. My room rate was not correct, and I must say the reservation agent, Maureen, did a fantastic job of fixing my rate and getting me into the correct room. She went above and beyond for me, even though she was very busy and overworked. This hotel does not provide enough check-in agents and there is always a wait to check in. I waited in line 20 minutes to get checked in. There is no parking at this hotel, and to acquire a taxi or an Uber at this hotel is very difficult. Have to park your car on your own in a ramp about 5 minutes away, so if you have luggage, this can be quite challenging. The hotel is understaffed so if you are expecting any help with check-in, luggage, parking, or even to get a drink at the bar, expect a wait.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms have always been clean upon arrival. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good (but very busy) and the Happy Hour is great. They are clearly short-staffed at the front desk. We are Hilton Honors Diamond members but we had to wait in the main line to be able to talk with the front desk staff. But the staff is very pleasant, even though they are clearly overwhelmed. We stayed 2 nights and I guess they no longer come in to freshen up the rooms with towels and clear out the trash. It was also very loud - I could clearly hear the people in the room above us speaking in a normal voice. And then our 2nd night, there was loud rap music and partying at 3:00AM in the room above. Weekends are VERY busy there.

When you get to the counter ask for Makrand! He’s the best! A great way to start a wonderful getaway. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were perfect. The city views are amazing and the sunrise is perfect. We are so glad to have chosen Embassy Suites for our stay.

Best value near Magnificent Mile! For our family of four, we loved the suite setup for extra space and the fridge/microwave. Our two teens have healthy appetites and the included breakfast was worth everything…lots of options so everyone was happy and full before heading out for the day. The evening hh was great too and had a reasonable upcharge for top shelf liquors and wines if desired (we found their rail offerings just fine)! Perfectly situated for exploring and was walkable to everything we needed. Second stay here but will stay again!
