Uncooperative & Pathetic hotel staff .Facilities as shown at the site was not available in actual.No hot water available 24*7 for guests.Rooms were dirty specially bathrooms.Really very bad experience at this resort.whoever thinking to stay here please think twice before coming.

We had an exceptional experience. I celebrated the mundan ceremony of my son with my my family & relatives. the surroundings are lush green & everything is perfect.Food was amazing & so was the hospitality.Location is prime & situated in heart of the Shimla city with proper drive in facility.Location also has all amenities like swimming pool ,garden ,spa etc.Overall excellent & perfect

We booked this hotel for our marriage ceremony, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our special day truly unforgettable. The event planning team was incredibly helpful and professional. They listened carefully to our needs and made sure every detail—from the decorations to the seating arrangements—was exactly as we envisioned. The banquet hall was beautifully set up, and the ambiance was elegant and welcoming. The guest rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy for our family and friends to relax and enjoy the celebration. Room service and housekeeping were prompt and courteous throughout the stay. The catering was exceptional! Everyone raved about the food—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The chefs and serving staff did an outstanding job managing such a large crowd with grace and efficiency.
