I needed to find a hotel near Mumbai Airport to just sleep for a few hours, as my flight was arriving at 3 am. So, I did not want to pay a lot, but as a solo female traveler, I needed a safe place with secure airport transportation. That is the reason why decided to book this hotel. The driver came to the airport to pick me up at almost 4 am, and I arrived at the hotel without any troubles. Then, I checked in and was amazed to see my room. It was so big for a solo traveler, and beautifully decorated with balloons, as if it were a birthday party! The room had everything needed for a short stay including hot shower and tasty breakfast, and it was too good for this super-short stay.

I booked this hotel because my flight was at 3 am and I arrived from Udaipur at 3 pm. It is a shoort and cheap tuk tuk ride from the airport; It is undergoing some refurbishment so the hotel has limited availability that varies by the day. The rooms are very small and reasonabbly equiped but it is very expensive for what you get in Indian terms particularly if you are only staying for a few hours. My biggest issue came at checkin, for the second time that day I was told my card was not working and they swiped it 3 times against a single bill. I kow there was nothing wrong with my card. When I got back to Europe I checked my bank account (as I always do after many experiences of MISTAKES in India) I found they had processed the single payment 3 times. I contacted the hotel immediately and they finally accepted that they had taken multiple payments in error, however they could not return the payments as their bank and card reader supplier could not do it, they wanted my bank details to do this separately. I know enough about banking to know this is not true and after many excuses and stupid messages from the hotel staff they claimed their responsible person was ill so they could not process the return of funds. My patience was now exhausted, I contacted my bank , reported the fraud and the money was in my account within 2 hours, they will reclaim the money and the fees associated with this. While I was waiting to check out , I was in the reception when another guest had his card read 3 times and another customer was told that there was no room available for his confirmed booking, the hotel claimed the fault lay with booking.com. Based on this experience and the considerable discomfort and stupid lies via whatsapp, I do not recommend anyone stays at this hotel

Had a very comfortable stay. Linen and cleanliness were upto the mark. Food quality was superb. Cleanliness and ambience super duper. Real value for money. Decorated rooms to celebrate events is superb and at a very economic price

I was planing to book this hotel I call on the number which was given on their official website +91 98202 86719 Mr. Sunil has answer my call he informed me that he takes care for booking when i was asking him questions about room he just disconnected my call and i called him again and i ask him why did he disconnect my call so he reply that he was busy doing his family work he is at home he as his personal time, and it was really very rude I request him for his manager on duty contact number or front office manager contact number he just disconnect my call and not answering my call, this was really a bad experience I suggest you all please don’t book this place if the sales person of this hotel before booking the room is so rude how the staff at this hotel would be really this is not expected. This kind of hospitality was really not expected from hotel very rude very cheap
