Budget Hotel with extremely poor service

This hotel is located at 10 minutes distance from main road at Cafe Coffee Day, Candolim. The rooms are in a very bad shape and certain rooms had toilets in which the Commode seats were broken. Although there was T.V. it wasn't working as they hadn't recharged their subscription and despite of telling them to recharge they said they would do it, however didn't get it done. Service was lousy as the boys working there asked for extra money for every request. They didn't clean the rooms too despite of reminding them everyday. This is a very cheap type hotel with extremely poor service. Only the A.C. was working. Apart from that all other amenities were sub standard and rooms were all in a filthy condition. I didn't have any choice as most of the other hotels were either booked or were quoting high prices. Hence, I decided to adjust for 3 days. Swimming pool had some sort of green fungus in it. They aren't bothered about maintaining the hotel properly nor about giving good service to Customers. The restaurant is a different department and they too charge exorbitantly for every dish ordered from their Menu. The service guy drank the bottle of Thumbs Up which I had asked to keep in their fridge.Over all I had a very unsatisfactory stay and was also disappointed as they need to learn what customer service is all about. Just by setting up a hotel at any location they can't get Customers for the type of pathetic service they are providing. I would not recommend this hotel even to my enemies.

i came from south goa for an exam in candolim. Booked this room for my family. First of all i had problem communicating with them to book the room. Rooms very dirty. Not even bucket in the bathroom, No towels provided. no geyser. at night cockroaches were having gala time. i wont recommend this for a family please...

Decent rooms, swimming pool & wifi facility available.. courteous & friendly staff. Would highly recommend this place if your looking for a place near Candolim..the beach and most of the tourist attractions are close by. Dinesh( Danny) and Saptamesh at the front desk were very helpful.

I have been to this property. Please do not keep any expectations about this hotel. Terrible rooms, poor service. No outside food and alcohol allowed. Room number 1003 family suite room. Please check the photos and then decide.
