The staff at Double Tree Dearborn is excellent with no exception! The lobby area and bathroom were immaculate thanks to Hanadi, the lobby attendant. Everyone is accommodating. The elevator is a distance from the lobby, but the other amenities surpass this one down-side.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Both nights we ate at the restaurant and had Pam as our waitress and bartender. By far the best and most attentive waitress/bartender I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!

Not the cleanest rooms and the elevator floors were often wet from children attending the pool. Had to have rooms changed twice because of hairs found, leftover trash and other missed things. However despite the experience with the rooms and elevator, Leya at the front desk were great and tried to do as much as possible to remedy the situation. The bartenders at Grille 39 were fantastic as well. So shout out to Pam and Andrea for making our stay less stressful and much more pleasant.

From the second we walked into this hotel, we were greeted by very friendly and experienced staff. They explained to us exactly where to park in relation to where our room was. The main lobby is enormous and beautiful. Our room was perfectly maintained and very clean with a large flat screen tv. We used our dining credits to visit the restaurant and were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. The food and beverage manager came by to check on the quality of our food which was perfect. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the chicken quesadilla was the best I’ve ever had. Everything from the ambiance to the service was spot on. These are the type of people that you want to be around when staying at a hotel. 5 stars to all staff members. Can’t wait to stay here again!
