The service is way too laid back. You order something as small as water and it takes two to three reminders for them to give it. The food is average at best.. the service again takes an eternity for things to reach your table. The cakes were way too dry to be relished. The taste left a lot to be desired. Expected a lot better experience than what we got. expected a lot better from the brand Hilton.

The food in your restaurant is delicious and the service magnificent. The chef Prateek came to greet us with a smile the first morning we had breakfast. The wait staff Rahul is very professional and welcoming too. We are still staying for a couple of days more and will give an overall review of your property. But we are loving do far.

Staff was amazing, very helpful, even chef was very nice and kind, specially Sous chef "Prateek Bhati and Gsa Manish. I wish them all good luck. Room service is also nice and punctual. Just one thing I want to add in such level of hotels they should keep EU food, I mean EU food not "Indian EU food. Very few hotels can do this in India. It's not a complaint but a humble request. Bcoz I saw all foreigners say same thing, but they don't say this to Indians to look good. As an half Indian I want to improve this that's why I am writing this. Finally I will say in rest all aspects they are good.

A hotel with complete comfort that you seek once leaving your own house. The staff is exceptional, they make you feel so comfortable that there is no way you would book somewhere else. F&B team makes the most scrumptious food and they would ensure that you are taken care of while eating !! We literally hogged ourselves !!! Special thanks to PRATEEK who was always there to pamper our kid with delicious waffles and pancakes!! Last but not the least, AMBIKA! Your warmth towards guests makes all the difference!
