I booked it through OYO, though I faced a little problem as Hotel manager denied to check me in due to low booking rate but OYO finally solved my problem and I had good experience in this hotel with large ground floor restaurant. Staffs are also very courteous.

Budget resort. Good and comfortable rooms. Very good location. Very near to the beach. On the main road, so shops, pubs, restaurants, casinos nearby within walking distance. Resort has its own restaurant.

No fuss hotel, close to Sinquerim - Candolim Beach

A no fuss hotel with excellent location within 300 m from Sinquerim and around a km from Candolim beach... Recently renovated hotel with attractive dining area, nice warm swimming pool to relax, comfortable beds and pillows, clean bathrooms and a large balcony. Best part about the hotel was its staffs including the receptionist and housekeeping staffs who all were very helpful, polite and friendly, with special mention about Mr Bipin who would go any extent to help you. This is a good option for budget travellers to enjoy basic amenities along with a pool at an affordable price... Stayed here for three nights during new year, 2023. Booked only 1 week before our stay when rest all hotels in North Goa was costing 5-6 times their usual price, we got premium room in this hotel for Rs 4000 per night including breakfast. Aguada fort in nearby... Taj Aguada is just next to it. 2 major pubs - Lord of Drinks and SinQ are located just opposite to this property... Lots of options for eating available around. However the property has scope for improvement too: 1. Complimentary Breakfast options are very limited. Should add more items including juice, fruits and few continental dishes. 2. Wifi works only near reception, and one can't even find the wifi in room. 3. The property doesn't have a lift which can make climbing stairs for guests living in 2nd floor difficult. However they have an excellent housekeeping staffs to carry luggages up and down the stairs. 4. They have fridge and electric kettle in rooms, but no tea bags and sugar. However, if ordered they provide complimentary tea once a day. 5. No dental and shaving kits provided. If one can compromise with these cons, then it's a great option for a budget stay. Overall we had a pleasant stay here for 3 nights.

Prime Location - 5 min walking distance from the Beach & Lighthouse - water sports, scuba diving etc available. Mapusa town market is a short drive away. Nice spacious rooms with tiled flooring, comfy beds/mattress and retro type furnishings, 24/7 Room Service. Good Food, Friendly Staff. Def recommended for a Family Holiday.
