Very bad hotel. Pathetic rooms. Pictures not matching the actual rooms.owner does not contact the guest .my earnest request to all the tourists not to go through this hotel . This is not a hotel, but a dirty so called guest house . Very bad experience in my lifetime till date

Do not go it's run down and virtually deralict. Booked through a major booking agent and when we arrived in jaiphur we phoned the contact no and it was a existing managers no who worked there 2 years previous.He was great and put us onto the correct no and when we phoned he told us to meet him there.We arrived to a young Guy who couldn't speak any English, he showed us 3 rooms and they were disgustingly dirty ,bed sheets were ripped and widows that wouldn't close securely and a five storey spiral staircase outside to climb up to enter our room.we didn't except any rooms and demanded to speak to the owner who lived 200 klm away,he said we had to claim our monies paid through the booking agent. AThis agent was uncontested by there hotline and we found a email address to contact them ,after 12 emails they then sent us a email requesting photos ,luckily we were in the area to go back and take photos. When we sent the photos the owner said we were lying and trying to scam him so the agent then sent us a email saying we had to go back to the owner to get a refund.I had to do something out of character of me and go around and get the young boy to phone his boss and waited for complete refund , for which he did after an hour . Thanks for your help AGODA we will never use you again.

Nice hotel near Lake Pichola

The hotel is very near to Chandpole which is a very busy area of Udaipur. Most of the attractions are very near. We have Lake Pichola view from the Hotel roof and its just awesome. Baghore ki Haveli is just on the opposite bank of the lake. They have a roof top restra and offer good food. We liked our stay at the hotel. Given they are friendly and helping in all aspect. We visited with our pet child which they welcomed. Only drawback is the staircases, they don't have lifts. Given the old classic way of stay, it is neither expected. The parking of personal vehicle is little far as the place it just on the main busy area.

Don't book standard rooms .it's terrible. Don't spoil your trip with this hotel category. Restaurant is good but stand room category is worst .i have booked for 3 nights . I have booked then another property even they have not proceed my refund

The hotel has an amazing view of Lake pichola and the environment is peaceful. It is a heritage hotel. Staff and manager behaviour is very good and supportive. Food is the best in quality and price is also reasonable as compared to other rooftop restaurants. It is the best place to chill out with friends and family.
