Nice and comfortable stay rooms were quite comfy stay food was good but ambience was little clustered type. Had a good stay but washroom was always getting clogged and some plug were not working but rest all good.

No hot water available in washroom. I stayed in hotel for two nights but hot water was not available even after reminders for any of the day. I had to beg for hot qater buckets. Hotel staff/ manager was always giving excuses in stead of resolving issue. He was not ready to take feedback. I surprised to hear when he said you are the 1st person who is asking hot water and people staying here never ask for hot water. Washroom water was not getting drained. Rooms doesn't have fresh air. If you are party lover you will love the ambiance as hotel has two bars co located. Rishi

Need to work out on washroom kit,shower,hairdryer,room slipper. Rest this hotel is awesome must visit resort surrounding staffs are awesome I met a staff Khursheed well mannered & well experienced ive met ever . This hotel has everything just sort of some amenities .

We are staying in the property, the property is beautiful no doubt but the restaurant manager is so rude , we were sitting near the restaurant area on the benches having red bull and chips quietly as it was near our room and the ambience was good ... understood it was our fault of having outside eatables ( we were having chips as we were deciding on the dinner menu )but the manager could have been a bit polite he asked us to leave we took sometime to leave the way he spoke it totally unacceptable.. Sir you need to learn hospitality sorry to say ..this has left us with a bad experience might not refer ... Ladies beware as this sir is very rude and arrogant

We just about tolerated the place Loud music and loud drunk neighbors The room has no fresh air outlet Bathroom needed upgrading and service , hot water was minimal Food at restaurants was very average and oily The place needs better care and supervision Overpriced Only good points were decor of room and comfortable bed
