Pleasant stay with my all friends we all loved there room service food and beverages staff is too cooperating they always ready to help if any problems then discuss with staff they must resolve either it is there part or not lovely stay I don't forget I love location manager helped us to get near market and enjoy evening of awash.

Would have rated 0 if I had an option..location is terrible just under the highway.. the entrance is always clogged with muddy water & you will find two labour sweeping away the water almost every morning. Though orginally it was a palace, the hotel conversion is terrible. The rooms stink & have no comfort. The rooms with king/queen size beds are located at the end of the hotel for which you have to walk for 100mts. Rooms do not have any kind of sound barrier so you will always hear people walking in the corridor..

I made the mistake of selecting this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. Touted as value for money, in reality it is not worth even if offered free of charge. Towels are stinking, linen is dirty, receptionist is rude and for saving power they have kept the master switch of hot water heater and AC outside the room; it is turned off during night even if you are in the room. A request to restart takes ages. Being near the main railway station, it is said to have location's advantage; but there there are any number of hotels in the vicinity that at least look much better from outside. Select the hotel at your own peril.

Das Hotel bietet geräumige Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Kleiderschrank und separatem Bad. Die Einrichtung war sehr alt, jedoch sauber. Das Bett war leider nur eine Holzpritsche mit sehr dünner und weicher Matratze. Das Personal an der Rezeption war inkompetent, unfreundlich und sprach nur sehr schlecht Englisch. Einfachste Vorgänge dauerten sehr lang und wir wurden mitten in der Nacht wegen einer ausstehenden Zahlung geweckt - am Nachmittag zuvor wollte niemand das Geld annehmen. Die Roomboys und der Hausmeister waren jedoch engagiert und halfen mir nach jedem Stromausfall sofort, die Klimaanlage wieder zum Laufen zu bringen. Das Hotel bietet einen teuren 24h Roomservice an, Internet war nicht verfügbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es jedoch ein Internet Café und ein gutes Schnellrestaurant. Es ist nichts Besonderes, aber auch keine schlechte Wahl. Es liegt an einer der Haupteinfallstraßen. Die Zimmer werden für jeweils genau 24 Stunden vermietet.
