1) poorly maintained; all the plugs were dirty and damaged! 2) the bedsheets are so old that the fabric piled so much that it feels rough against your skin! This is ridiculous! 3) Tea bags are not in sealed paper 4) Poor quality toiletries except that toothpaste was quite a large tube; toothbrush so flimsy 5) Hot water heater was just lukewarm despite turning to the max in my room 204. The water heater in my brother’s room 102 didn’t work at all. 6) water flow is so small that it took forever to wash my hair (shoulder length) 7) no bed room slippers yet floor is unclean 8) no shower cap provided 9) no hair dryer 10) Lift is so small, can only accommodate 3 persons + luggage.

Our wedding experience with Mr. Ravish Singh and Ms. Devki from DeeMarks hotel and resort was disappointing. Unmet expectations, unprofessional staff behavior, and no water availability in rooms overshadowed our trust. To add to our dismay, they harassed us at the last moment for additional money, tainting what should have been a joyous occasion.

This place is a dump. The beds are the hardest you will ever sleep in. It is old and unkempt. The pool area is depressing; it borders a busy motorway and seems to sit on the end of the runway with planes coming into land overhead every few minutes. the menu offers several beers but none were available. The staff are uninterested and it seems to be a place that might be used for an overnight stay after or before a flight. This is the most depressing place I have ever stayed, bar none.
