I was upset when we had to take stairs to our room. We are seniors and climbing stairs is becoming a problem. We asked if we could have a room to use the the elevator. The answer was no they are full. We found out later that the rooms that are on floors with the use of elevators were all booked for Immigrants. We live in Canada all our lives and we have to use the back rooms with no elevator service. I won’t be staying at a Days Inn in Calgary. If I do I’ll be asking if there is elevator service. And if immigrants have taken over the hotel.

Had an appoinment the following day so had to book this hotel. Rooms are renovated clean nice tv Check in and out was easy, parking was free which is good Breakfast was good didnt have time to eat all but it was good.

We stayed here for 2 nights in September and would highly recommend it. It ticked all the boxes, good location to shops and restaurants,very clean well maintained and with lovely staff, especially KHRYSTNA she is very professional and pleasant to deal with no bother.

Had arranged to stay here for 17 families (hockey team). Rooms were booked two months in advance for a stay over NYE. Was never told or explained what we were walking into. Entire side of hotel was turned into a Refugee place. We arrived at the same time as 100's were being dropped off. We were told we had to stay in the other side of the hotel with no elevator access. We have a mom who needed wheel chair access. When I asked what we are going to do about that I was told by the manager RIO that she can go stay in a different hotel. RIO would not listen to our concerns, kept telling us we had no right to be upset its NYE, be happy. His overall attitude was terrible to us. Over talking, not listening to all 17 families.

This was a great hotel for the price. We only stayed for one night as a family of 7. We found the location was great as we went to the Saddledome for a game which was 2 stops in the train. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Rio gave us great information for our onward journey.
