I had prepaid for our stay through Booking.com, upon arrival the hotel receptionist asked for additional payment of local taxes which , were all included and prepaid! In advance we got a very noisy room, next day we asked to room change, finally we got a great room.Hotel room was very clean and breakfast fantastic with a lot of variety. Till today, I have no response from hotel manager to explain why I paid double taxes and no response from Booking.com. Absolutely disappointed from welcome behaviour by a 4 star hotel

The hotel, pool and breakfast was the best. However, customer service from the front desk staff was awful. The room key kept unlocking itself and when you ask the staff to fix it was like a mission. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. During my check-in the staff kept talking to each other completely ignoring the customer (me) even when I was asking them questions they were that busy chatting amongst themselves they couldn’t be bothered. The location is good, the mall is next to the hotel which is so convenient however, the transport can be sometimes a bit of a nuisance if you don’t like waiting. In general, people in Italy are very rude and unhelpful. They have no respect for the elders.

Great hotel, quite big, very clean, nice rooms with AC. Amenities are also great with the pool (although it's only open until 7pm). Breakfast is great, with a wide selection. Only reason for 4 stars is that it can be a little tricky to get there from the city center, especially late at night, because you need a subway and a bus.

We recently had 3 nights at this lovely hotel.. what's good what's not so good.. hotel is on a nice quiet plot with good access to the centre of Rome.. cross the road via the underpass and the 700, 070, or 709 will take you you the metro fer femme stop where you can get into central station, coliseum etc.. 100min tickets 24 hr 48hr etc can be bought from a shop in the large shopping mall just next door to the hotel, walk out to the bus stop down the stairs away from the underpass and you will find the carpark of the mall.. good food Hall there aswell with several different restaurants.. staff: almost all were lovely and very helpful. Rooms: typical 4 star, clean comfortable, perfectly acceptable. Pool: not the best but perfect for a little cool off... take your swim hats though as you cannot bathe without 1, they are €5 but are not waterproof so you can't have a proper swim.. take 1 from home. Restaurant: split decision... breakfast is brilliant, great choice cooked or continental, fruits lovely sweet pastries and pie, cake, plenty of drink including a barrister... only the fruitjuices from the machines are poor/not proper juice.. but the rest is perfect... The evening restaurant though was sadly not a good experience, poor choice over priced and very poorly cooked.. the carbonara was so heavily salted it actually made my wife feel ill and my pasta with sausage white sauce and veg puree was absolutely tasteless.. so both were underwhelming and unedible, our daughter had seafood linguini which she enjoyed but was not the best, her words...we did not risk a second sitting... we ate in town before heading back to the hotel.. We would stay there again as it was perfect for our needs..

This hotel is far from the centre but there is a bus stop on the opposite side of the road that brings you to the EUR fermi metro station, which connects with stations like Colosseum or Termini. The hotel is located next to a mall where you find everything (big supermarket, many stores and a restaurant area above) so that is really practical. Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms are a bit small but they are quiet and comfortable. The staff at the reception are helpful but not very smiling. They seemed a bit bored, like the staff at the restaurant.
