Friendly Waitress Makes Our Trip Start Well

My husband & I were going t have to be up at 2 AM to travel to St Croix. We arrived at the Courtyard Marriott and asked to have a very early dinner. Jessica was our waiter, and she did a wonderful job of recommending special dishes, and serving them very quickly. She was also very friendly & interested in our stories. We tried not to distract her from her other duties, but we ate so early there were very few other customers, and Jessica's attention was a wonderful start to our holiday.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. We arrived on Friday for my husband's sisters funeral. When we arrived I felt so comfortable. Everyone we came in to contact with treated us with the upmost respect. I would like to say thank you to three very kind and beautiful ladies. Sheena, Melissa and Ms Jessica your kindness is definitely recognized. Thank you Ladies for making my stay wonderful. Yall are the real MVP. I cannot wait to return. This is a beautiful hotel property conveniently located by the Buffalo airport. Room was clean and welcoming with nice lighting and music. Excellent food, drinks, and service at the Bistro bar. Jessica went above and beyond even though it was a busy evening. She was friendly, welcoming, and even though she was working solo, exceeded all expectations and in a timely fashion.

I was told the shuttle would be running when I returned. I messaged the hotel two hours prior to my return to confirm my arrival time. Waited 20+ minutes in the cold watching every other hotel shuttle roll past and then took a taxi. The experience was frustrating enough that I’d probably choose a different hotel next time.

Tom the shuttle driver was so kind and friendly! Picked us up at the hotel to take us to the airport at 4:30 AM, the shuttle was warm and ready for us. Would definitely recommend!!!!! Thank you so much. He also told us how to get the shuttle back so we weren’t confused.
