Worst Ever Stay in my Life

I booked 2 double bedroom apartments for my family in this hotel through goibibo believing the positive reviews. It was a total nightmare. The Incharge and the owner behaved like they are letting us stay there for free. Right from the checkin till replying to my review, they were totally unprofessional. The rooms were dirty with dirty linens and towel. The hotel Incharge was constantly pestering and was very rude. When the same was notified to the Manager of the property he was very unprofessional. He sent the Incharge at Midnight and woke my whole family of 8 members. When I reviewed about this in goibibo website the manager has given a reply that made me laugh out loud. He has mentioned that The apartment is located at residential area and We have let some visitors at 10 pm. The fact is I and my family came just to visit black thunder and needed a place to spend the night and we didn't know any visitors, neither my family members went out of the property nor anyone came to visit us. Just to divert attention of the travellers from knowing the facts about the property the Manager is blaming us. The fact is I have visited so many hotels and service apartments throughout India but this is the worst experience ever. Take my advice seriously stay away from this property. If you give negative ratings they will try to blame and shame you.

This service apartment is located in a quiet place.Good for travellers going for ooty will have break in journey for stay.The rooms are fully furnished and the toilets are clean.Good valve for money and the room are big.Nice Apartment.
