I was in dilemma as it was a government hotel but hands down I felt overwhelmed rooms were spacious, clean and bug free. I had upper front rooms. I got cool water for free in goa!!!! (Can you belive it) staff is nice and very friendly and we'll mannered!!! I had a great experience! And obviously the location is fabulous and colva beach is now my first love💜💜💜 don't think twice and go for it....

Hi Travellers and Tourists South GOA Trip 29th Oct to 31st Oct 2019. I'm sharing the experiences in Goa after North (Calangute Beach) Goa. I stayed in this hotel, this property look like Resorts. I really very happy because very beautiful property, Colva (3Star GOA GOVT.) Residency having nice Architecture and Planning with greenry like Palm/Coconut Tree Etc. and this is situated infront of the Colva Beach. This is just few (1-2 Minutes) minutes when you walk for the sea and suddenly feels that, the Colva Beach touching yours Footstep."Colva Residency" which is its greatest advantage and definitely need a face lift. Rooms are not so good but specious and these things should not matter much if you are planning to spend most of your time in travelling. Also, you know this is budget properly Ac room @ 2800/- with Breakfast so ignore all minor issues, but you have to stay there, my Room no. was 145. I recommend Room No 131-148 these all rooms having sea view catagorey. I repeat if you are nature and sea lover. you must book your room in Colva Residency is in under budget Hotel. they are using Beef (Halal) Pork Chicken, Mutton (Halal) Fish. yah they have seprate area in kitchen for Pig/Pork/Bacon. if you like Halal or Vegetarian foods and you have doubt about nonveg. you have more option in colva market. Parking space available.Overall a good hotel to stay with family. and this is my first experince for Goa. next time i ll enjoy 100%.

I booked one night in colva residency online on GTDC site, rs 3000/- per night. AC std room- front ( highest room category shown on booking page). The location is superb but the building, room, service, Amaneties are just like a Lodge. A good prime property is just ignored. Need urgent renovations. We were given a very small room on ground floor, front side and we were shocked to see it. We had to request reception to allot better room and on 1st floor with balcony, which I had mentioned earlier. There is no meaning to email gtdc, we were expected to call hotel if we needed particular room in one day prior. I must mention, Person on reception was cooperative. Still rooms are below par. AC old, just a medimax small soap with towel bath... Rooms had lots mosquitoes, lizard.... Property is in so bad shape that we just got mood upset . Breakfast was ok... Nothing much in menu but still adjustable. Hotel staff had nothing in hand to do much. Just a GTDC negligence and lack of seriousness

We went there last week. From day 1 the situation getting bad. We opted normal room there. So, there were no other facility than hotel room and normal water (and of course soap bar). The floor weren't that clean, when asked for a dusting got response 'it's already been cleaned in the morning". Street dogs are around and my family was scared. My question is 'Aren't we paying you for your service? When do you guys learn, how to treat professionally with your customers?

In the month of January 2019 I booked this hotel using Cleartrip website.I stayed in this hotel just for one night with my family.It was a holiday trip with my family. Colva residency is a very nice hotel located few metres away from Colva beach. People who likes calm and quiet atmosphere Colva residency would be a great choice for them. Location of this hotel is good.I booked a non A.C. Standerd room as it was winter time in India. Hotel front desk staff were very helpful and the are available round the clock. Room service was available. Room allotted to me was clean and spacious. I booked the room with complimentary breakfast. Restaurant was great. Veg and non veg food was available in the restaurant. Parking spaces was available. Overall a good hotel to stay with family.
