Beautiful place to visit... really enjoyed the singing of Ms Varsha who helped us warmly in the happy hub too...Bhim Singh made our bed upto the mark by changing the very soft mattress....staff like them definitely attract the guests... keep it up.. God bless 🎉🎊

Second Visit – Disappointed by Decline in Standards

This was our second visit to the resort, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The standards have dropped significantly since our last stay two years ago. As an overseas Indian who frequently visits and stays at Indian resorts, I found this experience lacking in many ways. The access road to the resort is still in very poor condition. While this may be a civic issue, it’s disheartening that Club Mahindra has made no effort to improve it, considering how many members and guests rely on it. Room maintenance was poor—phones weren’t working, the TV had cable issues, and shockingly, there was no drinking water provided. Staff asked us to use tap water, which is unacceptable for a resort of this category. Dining was chaotic. Small groups occupied large tables, leaving families with no seating. Cleanup was slow, and the food quality was inconsistent. However, special thanks to Chef Santosh and Shruthi, who made a sincere effort to serve us custom dishes suited to our taste. Public restrooms were unclean, and the gardens appeared neglected. Overall, the resort has declined in service, upkeep, and management. If things don’t improve, this may well be our last visit.

1st time we have returned in ~6 years. Unfortunately this resort has degraded. Food quality was poor, rooms were dated and beat up. Windows would not close correctly allowing bugs to enter the room. The playground was in poor condition. The pool needs to be cleaned properly, wait time for any kind of food service other than buffet was extremely long. There were tarps on several buildings that appeared to need repair. Having said that the two WORST things about this hotel was… 1. The road to resort - it needs to be repaired. It is so rough and bump, several deep potholes, very uncomfortable for older travelers. 2. Coffee bar - it is set in lobby for convenience however, there is never anyone there. When you ask the front desk someone comes over but it takes 20 minutes for anything because the coffee bar person has to run downstairs to the restaurant for everything. To management, please invest in this hotel to bring it back to a healthy state

Beautiful property spread across 34 acres. Has coffee plantation also. Spa is good. FnB is also decent. Staff is nice and pleasing in all areas. Cleanliness is a concern throughout in all areas. Some capex is also required. Activity center for indoor and outdoor also needs maintenance . Swimming pool needs to be better maintained. Feedback survey needs to be automated. Using manual feedback forms is obsolete. Mobile Network can be looked into

It was a superb one hour experience due to the sheer goodness and sincerity of our naturalist guide Madan.... it was very pleasant and memorable even if not extremely spectacular. In the wilderness, Madan made us so much the wiser and knowledgeable about coffee plantation, harvesting and a host of other nature related and local area aspects. Very nice!!!
