Very bad experience ...they charges higher rate on 3rd October for water park although it was neither a weekend nor a govt holiday .on showing the holiday list they started yelling arguing abusing ..just wasted my time & money , there's hardly any footfall so they try to squeeze as much money 💰 as possible

Its an awesome resort & a must go place.. first of all the staff here is very good and helping .. The rooms were very clean & tidy, the buffet was also very nice 👌.. They have adventures activities and water park which is properly manged by efficient staff.. hats off to everyone in Room service & housekeeping too.

Pros - The property is a new one and the rooms appear well designed and maintained. Staff is helpful, and would especially like to mention the names of Satish and Pappu Ram for good service. Property is a part of a bigger complex with water park and other activities- good place for kids to have a holiday. Cons- Food quality is mediocre. All facilities are not yet completed like restaurant is not built yet. So food is served in rooms or in the open lawn. Overall good experience despite the above cons.
