Hello Everyone I am the General Manager of a reputed event company. We had booked this place for our stay and for a small birthday celebration for 15 people. On my experience, i would clearly recommend you not to go to this place. I am a Goan and I am owning reputed company. These people scam you to get money out extra from your pocket. Firstly the rooms are pathetic and the linen was stinking. All of a sudden the owner (Vipin) comes and tells us that this and that will cost extra and otherwise I can leave. That was a very rude and unprofessional. Then during the time of getting your refund, these people will come with fake damages that we were even aware of. And won't give your refund back. We even requested for the CCTV footage, it's not clear and the time on the footage is totally wrong. First he told me a cost which was 3 times more then the original buying price and then he came down to the actual and without my agreement he just scammed our money. And he went on to say that if you want to call the police then call. We had gone to this residency to celebrate or team mates bday, not to run behind legalities. So I want to humbly warn you all for the scams these people do and screw your moment. Till date i have not given such a review to anyone. But the experience we had made me write this. There is a lot more but I feel I have said a lot.. Choose wisely.

This was the first unsuccessful booking through Booking.com. One hour before arrival, the apartment manager sent on whatsapp photos that were completely different from what we booked. Conditions were much worse. When asked why we were not provided with what we booked, we were told that the apartment we had chosen was under renovation. The request to offer something similar was not satisfied. We were told not to move in. The manager of the apartment and the owner did not offer any apology and said that they do not take bookings from Booking.com seriously, as there are many refusals from this resource. We had to agree to what was offered, as time had already been lost. The general impression is very unpleasant. The owner seemed drunk when he talked to us. The apartments were not cleaned properly. Everything is quite old. The beach is only 5 minutes walk. Later, we were surprised to receive a notice from Booking.com that we hadn't checked in or paid for anything. It is not true. A very strange situation. We do not recommend these apartments, as the owner is extremely impolite and misleads customers.

Very bad service. Very bad staff overall very bad place. Would not recommend for a holiday. Not accomodating at all. Staff entered the room despite door being locked with tala. Insects in the room. Plumbing not done properly. Kitchen inactive. Go anywhere else in colva but here.

The best place to live in goa, the environment over this place was too good. Rooms and washrooms were very clean and they sanitised the rooms before check in. The staff and owner was very helpful and friendly during the stay. Will come again for sure.
