Bharath is all set to welcome you. He has been hosting since 2018. Guests often compliment Bharath for his jovial nature. He is reliable, resourceful, and easy-going. Besides hosting, he loves travelling, listening to music, and reading. Bharath has always been interested in running a personal business. Hosting seemed like the perfect opportunity for him. He is an entrepreneur. Though he isn't hosting full time, his staff at the property is readily available to attend to the guests' needs. Really a Fantastic Experience

I will give a five star review for my stay , but will also highlight a small inconvenience.. Room : Quality is really good with all necessary amenities, and most importantly, it is clean and regular housekeeping is done . Location : Location is a bit strategic , as though it is near to the beach , but to go to the most happening place in RK beach , you need to walk a bit . Though some street food vendors and restaurants like Paradise is nearby . Service : Surya was someone , who was available everytime whenever we needed him for any service . He was an ever smiling person and always tried yo help . Food : We only had the complimentary breakfast here , and it was more than enough which included idly, upma , breads , tea/coffee , corn flakes , dosa , omlettes/eggs . The service was also really good . Frontdesk : Usha was really helpful . She also arranged for a cake and cookies along with a greetings card and flowers in the Christmas Eve for us , which was complimentary from the hotel , and I felt it was really a wonderful gesture by the hotel authorities and which also brought a personal touch during our stay . At last , I will make a short complain as well for a specific person in the front desk , though I don't want to reduce my rating just for this incompetent and dishonest person . There was another person in the front desk other than Usha , who tried to mislead and misguide us from the very beginning and normally that person was in the night shift . When we checked into the hotel , he tried to accommodate us in a twin bedroom, where we clearly mentioned during our booking that we need a room with king bed . Now , when we told him that he clearly said this is the last room available and the rest are occupied. We were a bit surprised and told that then we need to think of moving out to another hotel, and suddenly a room with a king bed appeared vacant from nowhere within just two minutes . Next , we thought of taking a conveyance from the hotel for vizag city trip and requested that guy to help finding a auto . For the spots that we mentioned , he claimed Rs. 6000 , where as we got an auto without burgaining at 3000 , which is half the ammount that he asked . Also , an AC Swift desire for the same spots told the rate of Rs. 4000 . So it seems how much profit he is making by fooling the customers . Finally , on the last day , this guy told me that I need to check out by 11 am . Upon confronting him that in the email it was clearly written that the check out time is 12 PM , how is he asking me to get out at 11 , and then he admitted and said that it is okay if I leave by 12 PM . Though I had planned to take lunch from the hotel and hire a airport drop from them , but this guy's poor attitude and misguiding words stopped me to do so and I left the hotel at 11.45 am . During my exit , I informed Usha regarding this small issue , and she assured that they will train the person . She also requested that I can stay back at the hotel till my cab arrives , which was again a nice gesture . So , overall , my stay for two days in Classic Service Apartments was really good and deserve to get a 5 star rating , but I hope that front desk guy is trained properly so that he does not misguide tourists anymore .

Well located , walkable to the beach and the activities there. Staff were extremely friendly and were very eager to help us in any way. We had our 2 year old with us and so the extra help from the staff was greatly appreciated.

The Luxury apartments are conveniently located fairly close to the Ramakrishna Beach. The rooms are neat and well kept. Close by is a delightful place called Mandi Croods in Chinna Waltair. The area is good for taking long walks and visiting the TU-142 museum as well as the Submarine Museum on the Beach Road. Overall a delightful experience.

The place is very near to the city beach and a very short walk. Staff is nice, polite and helpful. Though language was a problem. We reached late in afternoon but they manged to get us lunch from some place nearby and served us in their dining room. The place is very well maintained and rooms are quite clean and tidy. Would like to stay again if want to stay in the city as also near the beach.

The location is close to beach, just 8 min walk, clean place, good breakfast and good service. This sums up our experience. We were there earlier in the week, for wedding of our friend's son. The place is in a clean neighborhood, is well maintained and the staff is friendly.
