This Hotel, i will recommend to any one, i am Graded Trip Advisor. I was asking Invoice from this Hotel (Hotel Invoice) which they are not able to. They said their system down for the last 4 days. They gave false promise. When i asked for some payment through Card which they refused and said they don't have that facility ???? How we treat this as a Graded / Star category Hotel. Chellappa. The hotel is a shadow of its former glory (if any). The hotel is undergoing renovation and has a serious catch up to do for a 4 star property. Staff is impolite and expected payments in cash or gpay. I stayed a night in April 2025. Credit cards/ Debit cards are not accepted as the hotel has some financial issues going on. Rooms need upkeep and the their lobby to the rooms is appaling, covered with towels and lacking clean carpets. Staff does not hand a recipt after payment citing billing system issues. Poor service for a 4 star property. Stay at your own peril.
