This was my second time staying at Clarks Amer. My first time in February 2020 was markedly different than this trip, and not in a good way. The room was sad - floor looking all scraped up and old. The bathroom is small, soap provided is a 1 inch square. The outside and the lobby looks great. The wait staff for breakfast was good. I must say that this was the last time I will stay at this hotel as it is no longer even a 2 star property :((.

Very good rooms and very nice food. Hotel staff very nice. All of them are very good . Nice behavior. Hotel very clean .we are very happy. Restaurant supervisor Mr NARENDRA very good staff. They are all asset to this hotel. Ms Nidhi supervisor is very polite and dealing nicely with all the guests.

The ambiance of the hotel and the hospitality was very nice.food was delicious and f&b staff was friendly cold coffee was good. One thing I missed to enjoy was pool, as is was under renovation.::::::///:..::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
