Attended a seminar. Seminar hall old and unclean. Chairs, too, looked ready for the cleaners. Had a banquet dinner. Food was very good. Drinks too with variety of snacks. Service was polite. The hotel is small. There hardly appeared any guest in hotel rooms. Restaurant on ground floor was empty. . Ambience very ordinary. No parking. Didn't stay here. But with a rich experience of having stayed in different hotels I feel this one is avoidable. Three star is for food. Certainly not a city " pride".

The worst experience I have received, we have taken suit room and hotel charged us 2500 for the same, there is no dental kit, no shaving kit, no shampoo or body lotion included in the cost, still they call it suit room and charging more than market rate from customers. The bed is so thick, you can't sleep,toilet fitting are too old, many of moscuitos are roaming around, the worst experience I have seen ever, requesting all don't prefer this hotel

Due to my colleague staying here, I had to stay in this hotel. The hotel infrastructure is good but due to low maintenance, it has gone to deplorable condition. There was not hot water in the washroom. Luckily it was not cold, so I survived a chilling cold bath. The morning tea came after two reminders, there was one towel for two guests, the. Towel came 30 mins after two reminders. WiFi got. Connected very well but there was no internet. Top of it the reception forgot to fetch my packed luggage from room and that too needed reminder. The washroom on lobby level was filthy to the hilt. No one bothered to offer to take my luggage to the car. On positive note, the breakfast was okayish While checking out, I came to know that all this was for a VIP room and I was charged exorbitantly for this. Too many regrets for being courteous to.my colleague.

Stayed at City Pride on business trip for 3 days. Just about good hotel for the tariff. Positives 1. Very close to railway station no need to entertain haggling autos. 2. Friendly check in, they will fill up GST details too as per your request. 3. Limited but tasty breakfast (Poha is simply awesome). 4. OK service. 5. Wifi good enough to send mails etc, don't expect smooth videos playback. Negatives: 1. Cleanliness could be better, it's a basic requirement regardless of tariff. 2. Door mats outside bathroom simply don't absorb any water, ask for additional bath towel to place there. Overall, choose for location.

My experience with this hotel is year back but have had a good time . Hotel was clean and food was good . You cannot expect the metro kind services in this town, but then also these guys had tried there best to give you facilities. Value for money . Food quality is good and have to mention them about spicy or less spicy food.
