It is quite acceptable to spend the night in front of a long journey. No more. The rooms are quite normal. The restaurant is typically Indian, but already used to it. There is no desire to stay here anymore.

Wasn’t expecting much anyway since it was a 4 star hotel, however it was even below how I expected it to be! The rooms were okay in terms of size and space - though one of the walls of the room was coming off a bit. The bathroom again was very average and dental kits and room slippers had to be asked. All of this is okay but the sad part was the air conditioning of the room- really ineffective and the room had mosquitoes in the night! The grounds of the hotel is pretty nice to enjoy but the moment you step in the hotel reception/lobby area, it becomes slightly shady. There’s a 24*7 restaurant or bar too, but didnt try the food. There’s better eating options available around anyway. And oh yes, not to for forget - there’s no complementary coffee and green tea available in the room - which was a huge disappointment.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night to catch a flight at Delhi Airport the following day. We requested a non smoking room but on entering, the room smelt badly of cigarette smoke and there was an ash tray supplied! The TV did not work. The shower did not work and the room and windows were filthy. The hotel reception were unwelcoming. There was no toilet tissue, no hair drier and only one drinking glass provided. The buffet breakfast was only just adequate. The location was just off a main highway, with a shopping mall about 30 minutes walk away. You had to cross the road under a subway where people were sleeping rough. We have stayed in numerous hotels over the years and this must easily be the worst!

We recently stayed at this hotel on two occasions while on tour in India. The tour package sold us 4 star hotels but this we felt did not meet our expectations for a 4 star hotel. Between the four rooms in our group there were issues with several things - TV did not work, Safe did not work, hair dryer blew, stains on carpet, hot water was not available until requested, water pressure was poor and despite requesting wake up calls in all rooms, none were placed. The breakfast spread was limited and hotel taxi fare to Ambience mall was ridiculously priced for such a short distance. As the name suggests this hotel is near to IGI airport however it is alongside the highway with nothing within reasonable walking distance. However the most disappointing part of our stay at this hotel was in relation to two rooms missing cash that was left in handbags while we ate dinner. Upon notifying the hotel of this misdemeanour the following day after we had departed by bus to Agra, it took several attempts to get a response from management. It was only 4 days later on our return to Delhi when we made a stop at the hotel to seek a response, did they advise that the CCTV was not working (which was clearly not the case since we know it was dismounted after our initial departure). The matter was not resolved in the end and hotel management opted to make all sorts of excuses to avoid responsibility. At the end of the day the hotel was prepared to lose credibility over a relatively small amount of cash. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent one night in the hotel. It is close to the airport but a little difficult to locate. For a boutique hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a Japanese restaurant but we didn't try their menu. The grounds are well maintained. There is also a mall nearby but the expressway the distance becomes longer.
