I can't imagine a better place to stay in Milan! From the location, the spa and gym to the incredible breakfast, everything was completely first class. The staff was always there to help, and always available. One never has to wait for anything. The price was excellent for the services offered. I give this hotel the highest rating.

The best hotel in Milan, great service and beautiful architecture, also the spa with good massages and a pool and sauna that gives you a great end to a day of walking in Milan all day. I recommend to stay specially for couples or solo travelers.

The hotel is beautiful, from the moment you arrive you feel outstanding attention, everyone is very friendly and always willing to help make your stay as pleasant and unforgettable as possible. The location is perfect, just 10 minutes walk from the center. The rooms are very comfortable and the decoration is perfect. We had an unforgettable stay, every detail was memorable, they made it an anniversary with indelible memories. Thank you for so much kindness and for every detail.

А perfect hotel from all aspects ! Stunning classic retro design, courteous service from receptionists , stunning and relaxing spa with professional masseurs , saunas and pool, perfect cleanliness, varied breakfast. The surroundings of the hotel are also outstanding: metro, tram and bus stations are literally under the hotel, nearby is a large supermarket, excellent restaurants and bars. Walking to the Duomo area is also really close, about fifteen minutes. We enjoyed every moment..

A great hotel - honestly. Lovely staff, really well placed and lovely decor. Right from the moment we arrived all staff greeted us like they knew us and very very warm and welcoming. The decor is lovely - wonderful fragrance whenever you enter from the hustle of outside. Doormen very charming and always at the ready to recommend routes, sort taxis and provide umbrellas at the ready for our rainy visit. Rooms are lovely - slightly smaller than I expected but fine. Decor is very classy and understated. Our room overlooked a quaint courtyard. Breakfast was nice - plenty options but was surprised that you had to pay for an omelette from the a la carte menu when breakfast is included in the rate. Bar was lovely - wonderful pianist so gives it all a very charming but cool ambience. Wish we used the bar a bit more to be honest as the Barman was very charming. Couple suggestions here to improve but otherwise I would not hesitate to recommend this place - staff, ambience and location - just a 15 minute walk to Duomo. Couple things to suggest to consider for the future - Strange not to have irons in the bedroom. Have to pay to use spa facilities in a 5 star hotel is not something I’ve experienced before.
