We booked this hotel basis the photographs displayed here and same on other websites. However, in reality, this is different. Moreover, when one has booked 4 rooms for a big family, you cannot expect them to have on different floors. Intially we were denied that providing the rooms on one floor is not possible, however looking at us leaving the place, they had all the options available.

very nice stay, getting the same experience as depicted in the pictures. It is a relatively new place with good ambience and value for money. Hot water available 24 hrs and walkable distance from market. machine tea can be ordered in the morning and the owner is very helpful. There is no onsite restaurant, however, the owner let us keep milk ( for kid) in his personal fridge and also gave us bowls and spoons on request to feed the kids. The rooms are quite spacious too. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would stay there again.

A reasonably priced hotel with large comfortable bedrooms. Clean rooms and large en suite shower/ wc. It would benefit from having eating facilities. Quite well placed to explore the town. There are shops and restaurants nearby.

Pros: Central Location Friendly and helpful owners Ample parking space Rooms are very spacious and clean Cons: No restaurant, so you have to go out even for breakfast No room service No other facility as the hotel only provides accommodation

VERY VERY VERY helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms with ample lighting and ventilation. 24x7 hot water facility even on the coldest of weather conditions. Easy to locate and very close to Periyar Tiger Reserve. The hotel seemed very new. Some things to improve on: 1. Intercom service 2. Proper billing system 3. Debit/credit card acceptance 4. Wi-fi that is reliable Overall, a good place to stay, if you're traveling with family.
