Hotel is good, location is convenience and walk distance is shopping center. Room clean, tidy, and all staff friendly and perform exceed their work scope and helpful. Excellent service. The food inside the hotel are good, delicious, specially the Japanese restsurant, a lot of disks for yr choice. Overall is Thump up *****

Stayed here because it’s the closest one to the softball field in GBK. I broke my jaw because I fell from their trippy bathtub. Got 4 stitches on my chin. Second thing, I had a thing that I needed to arrange with the Qoncierge lady on the hotel, and the lady asked me to wait for the process on the designated seating area. Seconds later, a hotel guy named Lukman rudely asked me to remove myself from the seating because there’s another guest needed to be seated as well. This guy is just different, no hospitality sense just like the lady or the other hotel guy as usual. I think this is one of the lousiest hotel in Senayan Area, given Senayan area is a high-end location, it’s shane that this type of hotel quality still exist. The food also average, nothing special. Just find another hotel!

One of worst hotels I have ever been into. We upgraded to a Premium Room and was told the Premium Lounge is open for lunch. We went only to be told that the lounge only opens between 6 and 9 pm only. We advised concierge and the person just laughed as if it was a funny mistake. We also asked for towel replacement as the towels they provided were soiled and again the concierge advised us that we are only allowed two towels per room. We were not even asking for extra towels, just to replace the filthy towels they provided. This hotel needs an extremely serious upgrade not only of the facilities but of the staff as well. FFS you classify yourself as 4-star, but the services you provide is equivalent to a ZERO star service.

Best service & hospitality, especially the services on 16th floor for the lounge. Always recommend the breakfast items to my friends. One thing need to consider is re-activated the gym instead of tennis & swimming pool.

The Atlet is one of the best locations for a hotel in Jakarta. The Executive Lounge has spectacular views over Jakarta and the staff, Particularly Pak Eman and Ms Bintang are super friendly and attentive.
