A cosy place in Southern Delhi and well connected with rest of the areas of the Capital. Except one room on each of the two floors, rest are excellently ventilated and enriched by natural light. Breakfast choice though limited but if you walk just 100 metres, there are ample number of eateries and choice is just unlimited. Staff members are mostly cooperative. Also note,there are several banks, ATMs also within 50 metres of the property. Rooms are equipped with AC, ensuite bathroom and linens provided always neat.

Nice cosy place. Located near a big market place in CR Park. Wonderful place for Bengalis to stay, home away from home. Good value for money. Staff was very cordial, quick check in and check out. Great place!

My sister and I spent 7 nights in this place. The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. You can order food in the room (this was tasty) or you can go out. This place is located at a busy road but after 22.30 it is quit. There are two nice restaurants near by; the flaming wok and Shakaza. When we left the guys helped us with our suitcases and they arranged a good taxi. If you need to be in the area and if you are out a lot I can recommend this place. It is safe and simple. This place is not very close to a metro station. I do find that the staff is not really attentive although they are friendly. This means we had to ask for new toilet paper, clean cups, clean towels, take out the trash and they did not offer to clean during this week. Breakfast was simple but on time. Tea was good!

I have been staying on and off at this place since 2009. Decent location on the main road; has a well known (by C.R. Park standards) Chinese Restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms are well appointed, have split AC's, LED TV sets, comfortable beds, a sofa, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee maker. The bathrooms are decently sized, nicely kitted out and they give you custom toiletries. The staff are well trained and attentive and they offer complimentary breakfast. Mr. Sarkar, the owner is a friendly gentleman. Overall, satisfaction guaranteed at extremely decent rates. However, during my last visit in the first week of this month I was a wee bit disappointed. The rooms are crying out for a lick of paint, some of the lights were not working and you had to literally hunt the staff down. Moreover, I found them to be a bit stingy with the toiletries and had to ask for replenishments the next day. None of them are deal breakers really, but I had gotten used to very high standards of service during my past stays there. The ultimate disappointment came when there was no one to carry down the bags to the car after check out. It's a different matter that I saved on the tips of course! So, would I recommend this place? Well, if you're in that area of Delhi whether for work or for leisure and are looking for a safe and comfortable stay at a reasonable price, I don't see why you would need to look any further!

This hotel is a bed and breakfast hotel and good for business travels only. Not good for family stay. Room service boys are unprofessional and untrained. Not good if visitors are coming to meet you in hotel. Good only for night stay if you are on business trip. Location is good. Price is also good.
