This is a budget accommodation very near Calangute Beach in Goa with spacious rooms having all basic amenities such as air conditioning, running hot and cold water in toilet, cable tv, adequate lighting, small sitting area etc. This guest house has 6 rooms in all, 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. There are small eateries in the vicinity. Room service will also be arranged on request. Friendly and dedicated service by the Proprietor Mr. Inder Singh and the room boy Mr. Nikhil are worth commending. They are able to arrange conveyance from / to Madgaon Jn railway station (45 km) or Dabolim airport at moderate rates. The Guest House could be contacted by the mobile numbers given in the photo.

It was a great location with access to the Calangute and Baga Beach. The buffet breakfast was excellent and with a great variety. Enjoyed the evening entertainment with different themes. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs and requests. The only thing that would be nice is the place needs a complete makeover to bring it to the 21st century.

This hotel is complete value for money. It's Simple, sweet, beautiful clean a/c rooms, awesome location next to Calangute. The best thing about this hotel is the room aroma which is very positive and hotel location. One nite we partied in the balcony as some sea could be seen :). It's so quite which is hard to believe especially when its close to busiest beach in Goa. I would surely come back here whenever comes to North Goa again.

I am posting this review, because the owners of Casa de Joana...Inder and Sangeeta...have had problems with the link on Trip Advisor. So I have posted some photographs that they emailed to me so that their rooms are displayed on this site. They have a website that I will put the details of, on here. They are also available on this number. +91 9890 703820 Although this is a new enterprise for them, Inder and Sangeeta have been established in Maddo Waddo, Calangute for many years and previously owned Francisco Sunshine.
