super shady property - definetly not 'executive stay'

Amongst the multitudes of OYO's right next to eavch other, this one was promoted as a 'premium stay option'. after booking through the OYO app, i got a message asking me to call the property to confirm (very unusual). so i did, and the guy asked me to call back in 5 mins to confirm. Called back and then they said all good to go. Arrived at the hotel, and as soon as I was ready to check in, OYO sent me a message stating that as per 'my request' the hotel room was cancelled. WHILE I WAS IN THE LOBBY. the staff then said for me to pay cash. It took a further 20 mins for the room to be ready. Which we then walked into and discovered that the pillows HAD NOT been changed and had the creases from the previous sleeper (as well as the stench of tandoori food). just not good enough - super shady experience and NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel is just a 15 minutes away from the international airport. Not the luxury facilities but one can get the basics fulfilled. They were flexible with the checkout time when it was avoidingly required. Their authentic Indian food is amazing.

We booked it through OYO and we were not disappointed. The hotel looks the same as shown in the pictures. 1. Its really near to the T2 airport. 2. Neat and tidy as shown 3. Complimentary breakfast 4. Easy access to public transport from here We loved our stay. Thank you.

Where shall I start from this hotel is better then most 5 star out there all staff top notch service top notch airport pick up top notch food top notch beening in the travel industry this hotel is best so far that I have stayed in Mumbai and I special thax to mr satish from day one mr satish and his staff whould go out off there way to help in anything can’t thank u enough for everything
