The hotel is gud including the bed mattress and the washroom also .the environment of the hotel is very nice and peaceful and the best part of the hotel is the housekeeping they are very and nice and gud in work most gud housekeeper staff is bamshankar ugal sharma they both are so dedicated for the work ..kanhaiya supervisor is a also gud in charge

This hotel seems very poorly managed and I literately checked out within 1h of checkin. The staff seems to be in denial of the issues faced by the guest - geyser not working , rusted and suboptimal furniture, poor maintenance and no soap stand or any accessories , bad WiFi , strange room next to room - no privacy and very poor furniture and staff not open for feedback… plz go to another hotel if you want to have a good experience. I have pictures attached for your reference!!!

I stayed in Palazzo inn hotel with my family .my stay was amazing..I just enjoyed it alot ...the food was yummy and the staff are just so helpful n humble..rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location of hotel is so easy to reach n near by markets are very gud to purchase stuff.
