Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and neat rooms. Good security. Gym facilities on roof top, equipped with showers. Good simple breakfast served by a sweet and friendly lady. Walking distance to Weekend Night market. Ginormous swimming pool

This property is huge, have a big swimming pool, your personal internet router so speed is also good, very clean and tidy, very courteous and friendly staff and on an important Metro rail (BTS) route. The only place where they can improve a bit more is breakfast. For me breakfast was decent as I am good with all the necessary stuff but for some people it might look very less. Still orange juice, bread / butter, coffee, fruits etc is available. The best part was waking up to birds chirping around (my room being at the back). Would love to stay here every time I am in Phaya Thai area. Do carry stuff to eat if you want heavy breakfast. friendly lady at breakfast can arrange small things (like egg for me) the next day if asked politely.

My little family and I travelled to Bangkok to visit family and found this little gem which was in a perfect location close to where my family are located. We stayed at Capital Mansion for 2 and 1/2 weeks and cannot fault our stay! The apartment was basic but very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. It is in a relatively close location to 2 BTS stops (Ari and Saphan Kwai) and there are a few different restaurant options in the area. We have 2 small children (aged 4 and not quite 2) and the kids absolutely loved their stay. The staff were happy to add a fold out bed for our 4 year old into the second room and we also used our own portacot for our little one. The apartment was very spacious and there was plenty of room for them to play. The pool is great. Basic again but well looked after and we were always the only ones in the pool! In fact, in the whole time we were there we never saw another person using it. The complex is extremely quite also and we felt very very safe. The staff....well what to say?! This is what made our stay so enjoyable. From the security guy out the front to the cleaners to the reception staff....so beautiful and so friendly! They were lovely with our children and went out of their way to help us. Always greeting us with beautiful smiles and cuddles for the kids. The manager Khun Bird was extremely accommodating when we decided to extend our stay and ensured that we were well looked after. We even left Bangkok for 4 days to go down to the coast and felt very safe and secure leaving some of our belongings in the room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Capital Mansion again! If you are not looking for somewhere over the top fancy and are happy with a basic but well looked after and well run accommodation, then this is your place.

Relatively old building with aircon that sounds more like a 747 taking off. Clean to a point but bitten quite extensively so needed to change room. quite well located for Don Muang airport but location wise 20 mins from the city. There are restaurants, shops close to the hotel. I would not hurry back

Everything about this hotel goes against my travel philosophy when i was booking, but sometimes it is the unexpected that wins. A distance from the City Centre or any well known areas, not overly close to the MTR and no flashiness on the reviews but arriving at 3 pm and departing at 4.30am the next day this nailed it far better than expected. My schedule was limited and the pretext was sleep sleep and sleep with the following 48 hours unlikely to provide much on that front. I selected a hotel close to the airport, didn't need to meet a number of the usual pre-requisites and ended up only being selected by default when another booking site crashed for an alternative booking. The room was simply excellent, a spacious self contained unit with all the extras. A comfortable bed and lots of quiet. The area while unexciting had an excellent array of restaurants across the road and some seven elevens and other shops close by. If i just wanted to really chill out and lock myself away from the world for a few days ... this place was simply perfect. I will definitely stay here again albeit it if it just a day or two to unwind and enjoy the local restaurants... great hotel.
