We had gone to Chennai for a 3 day business trip. We stayed at this hotel. On all 3 days we asked them to provide us with drinking water but they did so after 1-2 hours, that too we had to call and remind them 2-3 times. When leaving for work we told them to clean our room but they never did. Nor did they change the linen. Our complimentary breakfast was supposed to be served at 8.30 a.m. but it never arrived till 10.30 when we had to leave for work. Actually this hotel had increased their tariff and pretended that they are giving us a complimentary breakfast. But we did not receive it even though we had paid for it. These people dont know how to run a hotel. AVOID.
