Great hospitality, best stay around Alleppey and best food in Alleppey. The best place to stay to check out the beaches.

Lunch at Lounge bar ,Camelot hotel was amazing! Tasty n delicious food served very quickly with good smile and excellent service by Justin & Charlie .Highly recommended n Blue lagoon just awesome 👍 Ambience and accessibility from the NH is great too.

The hotel is not worth the rating.The food and service is not up to the mark. The rooms were not clean and the room beds were damaged and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The room and lighting is very dull. Wouldnt recommended this place.Its a 2 star category hotel.

The hotel they maintained well, All the rooms are well renovated. Hope that they done all the works and replacement of room amenities like dispenser minibar etc are recently.We stayed in room 306 the room is neat and well cleaned.The pool they maintained vey nice.The restaurant in the ground floor have variety type of options. The staff service is excellent 👍🏻.All the staffs are well behaved with good hospitality. We can saw smiled faces all over the hotel. Recommended to all.

Hotel Camelot, Alleppey (0 star rating) 🤬😡😡😡😡😡🤬 I am travel agent.. Our guest was there @ 14 Mar to 15 mar on Mapai basis. Mr. Balakrishna Restaurant having Beef (hindu's religious centiments) so client avoid to eat in restaurant, because they are vegetarian.. If Chicken/mutton they dont have problem. Hotel said we have 2 kitchens for veg & non veg seperately so Client asked to see restaurant but they dont allowed. 14th march night, food was not prepared because they served food on ala-cart basis not buffet. So client not ordered & ate. Now Hotel is not refunding dinner charges (which was not prepared/served for client) Cockroaches are Swimming.. But they don't worried about that.. Please check video. I told them we will put reviews in travel association & social media so there representative saying, we dont care, you can do.. I think this type of EGO/unprofessionalism is very dangerous for hotelier.. (Every travel agent's/customer get insulted) #boycott #boycotthotelcamelot # boycottcamelot
