We booked a room for 3, and got an extra bed squeezed into an already cramped room that had a queen-size bed, so there was no space to walk around! It was exorbitant, costed us around Rs 2200 total (1800 for the room, 400 for the extra bed). So I talked with the manager and found him rude as well, he claimed any hotel that has more than 2 beds per room is a dormitory and not a hotel. Anyway, the name of this hotel is deceiving! It's not budget. No bottled water provided at all! Even the toiletries were below par (we were provided just one soap and shampoo sachet; whereas typically the number should be based on number of guests), I wonder why they consider themselves a star hotel. And very rude behavior at reception and by management. Car parking is inadequate, we had to park outside so it was quite hot when we were about to leave in the morning. The floor in the room was quite sticky, so we ended up walking around with footwear on all the time. We were sent teas to our room although we didn't ask for them, and we were about to be charged for them, so I had a debate about it at checkout. There were several other customers at reception, each having some or other problem - for one customer, the hotel wasn't providing a bill/invoice of their in-room dining expense. However, the complimentary breakfast was a buffet, which was quite good - the only saving grace. We had idlis, dosa, omelette, etc. (this is why I gave 2/5 instead of 1/5).

very good place to stay it will be located in gandhi chowk. easy to find this hotel. it is family hotel food also very good and here hotel have function hall so many functions are done nice place to birthday parties

I searched a lot and finalized this Hotel in Khammam. Family hotel. Very polite staff. Nice place to stay. Food is also good. 24 hours check in n check out available. Very nearby to Railway Station. Walkable distance. Also nearby to market place. Parking available for 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler.

Budget hotel is place to stay, This is located in center of city near to bus station and railway station. Hotel is having friendly workers. Room are spacious and centralised AC. i stayed in suite room which was good, but a bit disappointment with food. but u can get beside hotel. altogether its good place stay.
