Excellent hotel. Have visited Mahabaleshvar since childhood but this was the best one I’d say and I booked it after my friends recommended it highly. The stay from beginning to end was smooth. Me and my kids enjoyed the property thoroughly. There were many activities for the kids and families everyday. So the day that you don’t go out you can actually have a nice engaging evening just at the resort. There is an indoor play area for adults too. The pools were very clean and maintained. The property is on an incline but they’ve made sure lifts are there for elderly people and kids. The views from every corners are phenomenal. There’s also Prana spa where I got a scrub, massage and shirodharya and the professionals and the experience was amazing. The staff was very polite and friendly. Food variety and quality at the breakfast was top notch just according to the rest of the reviews. Will definitely book it again.

Had a wonderful time in Brightland with my family. We stayed for 3 days in March 2024 in the Ivy Suite. If your kids love the pool then the Ivy rooms are as close as it gets. Take 10-15 steps outside your room and you are in the pool area. The food was excellent. I will particularly recommend the Chicken Burger and their home-churned ice creams. The property is huge, never feels crowded. Views are fantastic. The Ivy Suite was huge, if you have two kids who like keep running around then this is the room for you. They have a library, a games room and an indoor play area for toddlers. There are activities conducted every day like Trekking, Tambola, Karaoke (if you are into that kind of stuff on a vacation). I had only two gripes- the outdoor play area for kids (swings, slides, trampoline etc) were not maintained well, it looked like that area was under renovation. And two - the water in the pool was quite cold (even during the middle of day in summer). Only the jacuzzi section has heated water but it can comfortably accommodate only one family of about 4-6. But overall, these are minor issues and we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely visit again.

Amazing staycation experience at Brightland Resort

Resort: We stayed at Brightland Resort for 1 night and the overall experience was amazing. Cleanliness is always our top priority when we book resorts and Brightland was superb here. The resort is very huge but still absolutely clean wherever you look at. Kudos to the staff for maintaining it this way. Staff: The staff showed great hospitality and professionalism right from booking till checkout. We booked Lavender Grand room but did not like it upon check-in. Upon sharing this feedback, the staff was super helpful and immediately moved us to Cottage Grand as it was available. Food: We had dinner at Olive Garden restaurant in the resort and the food tasted perfect. We had a 1 year old with us and requested bland dal khichdi for the baby. They made that available and it tasted exactly like how we wanted. The breakfast buffet spread in the morning was great too. The Indian and Continental variety on offer was perfectly adequate and everything tasted yummy. The live counters for Dosa and Omlette offered options too and we were able to customize it as per our liking. Spa: I visited the Prana Spa which is available at the resort. The ambience of the spa was soothing and light relaxing music was playing in the background. Opted for deep tissue massage and the experience was worth it. The masseur knew his craft well and applied the right amount of pressure. There is a steam / shower area in the massage room. Bad: The only negative i noticed was the construction noise. There is renovation going on in the resort and the drilling / hammering noise was irritating. Though it was not audible to us at our rooms, it was disturbing when we were having our evening coffee near the pool. The pool area is one of the best places in the resort as it has valley view and mountains in the distance. The noise was ruining the experience
