I stayed for 2 days. I left my packed birthday cake, candles, and knife in the freezer by mistake. Within 2 hours after checkout, I called the hotel to inform them. Later, I was told the cake was lying outside so they threw it in the trash. This is not true, as I personally kept it in the freezer. Very careless and unprofessional to dispose of a guest’s belongings without confirming. Disappointed with this experience. IfHad they accepted the mistake, I could understand. But lying to cover up was unprofessional and disappointing.

Reached around 8.30 am and was in a hurry to freshen up and proceed for my business meeting. sensing my urgency, front desk clerk Mohit CHARGED Rs. 500/as EARLY CHECK IN FEES. (when rooms were not occupied at that time) That left a bad taste in the mouth and never came out of that feeling during my entire 3 days stay there. Normally hotels accommodate guest for few hours early check in when rooms are available........ But here they found a way to extract extra money from the guests who are in a hurry.
