We stayed in a newly renovated two-bedroom suite and were very impressed with the level of comfort and detailing. Great views, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and sofa, very clean and an excellent inclusive breakfast offering.

Stayed 5 nights (and added a half-day as well, owing to my evening flight out) in the 1-bedroom Prestige Suite. I love the updated interior design concept. It was well-furnished and cosy; you could stay-in all day without feeling too claustrophobic. The wi-fi was good; I didn't have any issues with streaming music. Complimentary guest carpark was available too, if you need it. The Reception were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Location-wise, the BTS and two upmarket malls were well within walking distance. Overall, it was excellent value. I'll surely return again.

Hotel is very good. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Situated near to shopping malls 2. Location is very quite 3. Food is good 4. Rooms are bigger and more spacious 5. Swimming pool Cons: 1. Room service takes time 2. Lift is too quick to closing the shutter (it's difficult to stop it)

Very nice hotel. Stayed here for 3 weeks in a premium room. Was very spacious, very large living & dining area, large settee & 2 armchairs. Round table with 4 chairs. Moving into an open plan kitchenette in the corner - fully equiped with anything you may need from plates/cutlery to fridge/freezer, microwave & washing machine. Seperate bedroom with large VERY COMFORTABLE bed. Smallish flat screen TV (not many English channels). Bathroom with bath & walk in shower. All amenities provided. The cleaner kept everything immaculate every day. I had breakfast provided in the deal, which is not a massive choice but I’m sure something for everyone. There is a lovely outdoor pool area, and also a sauna, steam room & gym. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful… especially Pond who helped me out many times 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The position of the hotel is just set back from a main road, on a very quiet green street, with a little canal (unused) out front where you can watch the monitor lizards 🦎 over the bridge. Very close to many malls and eateries Enjoyed my stay, only one thing that really needs attention- the WIFI !!! It’s really not good enough, you can’t make a wattsapp call without interruption and when you’re working it’s just not good enough to handle what you need … needs updating! Other than that a very pleasant stay. 5 min walk to BTS chit lom .
