Highly recommended for the most beautiful and peaceful stay in Goa! Thank you Shruti, Vignesh & the entire staff at the resort for the most comfortable stay & efficient services.They helped out in all our travel and commute,arranged cabs to and fro the airport and recommended us the best places for food and shopping. They took all our breakfast choices into consideration meticulously one night prior and provided us exactly everything that we preferred the very next morning.Lots of things included for the breakfast & served right in our room. Very well done guys. It felt like family 😆 💕 A place created from scratch ,by the both of them with so much love and planning.One of The best parts being the beach at a walking distance of 50metres.The rooms -5,4,3,2,1bhk are lavish, clean, aesthetic, meticulously designed , colourfull and decorated, spacious ,well equipped with all the amenities like fans, ACs, Wi-Fi, lights , lamps, a fully functional kitchen with microwave, vessals , crockery ,water purifier and refrigerator, 24/7 hot water for bathing, toiletries, CCTVs for your security. They have an amazing swimming pool in the campus, very well maintained and clean. The market and local shopping area is just 500m away. All happening resto-bars are very much in the vicinity of the resort. The beach shack (ust 50metres away) has a wide variety of options of food available even at midnight. From steaks to sizzlers to all kinds of veg and nonveg food. Very warm and welcoming people who just want to see you smile. Overall an amazing experience. Very budget friendly. Excellent place to stay in North Goa. Beach is very nearby, location is apt in the midst of peace and fanfare. Staff is very good, cordial, helpful and supportive. Apartment is well kept with all minimum necessary goodies. Special thanks to Shruti and Vighnesh for all the help. It's a must stay place in North Goa if you are traveling in group or solo also. They have 4, 3, 2 and 1 BHK apartment. Garden area and swimming pool is also well maintained.

We booked a 4bhk apartment and everything was top notch, be it the rooms, the location, the cleanliness and hygiene. Vignesh and his team is always there to help anything you need. The pool is super clean, the beach is just few meters away. We booked it without breakfast but I would suggest you book with breakfast. This place is just perfect to stay in North Goa. It is in between Calangute and Candolim which makes the beach less crowdy which is a great thing.

Nice cosy place by the beach in candolim, it's a serviced apartment equipped with all amenities. Squeaky clean and very comfortable stay at an affordable price. Value for money. Aesthetically well done interiors . Accomodation for all categories. 1 BHK, 2BHK & a Villa. The location is good and acces to the beach is 100 metres. Pool is clean. The property is a bit old but the interior is top notch. The pool side could be improved, maybe some better beach beds and umbrellas and little more privacy as it overlooks the common passages from neighbouring properties. The property is owned & maintained by Shruthi, a job done well. But unfortunately couldn't get to meet her. Vignesh who manages the property is a well mannered, always helpful gentleman. Made our stay very comfortable and memorable. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything needed is provided. Recommend it to families and couple's wanting a comfortable stay with security and access to prime locations around North Goa.
