Ok, so you have to balance price against expectation. Got the SHA+package at 3900THB. Not expensive but equally for another 800THB or so I could have gone much better. Hotel old and worn. Rooms same, but clean towels and bed. TV fine. No room service but not sure if that's a COVID precaution. Only coffee sachets, no tea, milk or sugar. Food delivered for stay, luke warm and 4 out of 10 No issues at all with the PCR testing, quick and result back early following morning. There's a large shopping mall and night market 7 minute walk and easy access to the highway to get to and from airport. So, would I stay here again. No. The price difference between this standard and much, much better is about 800 to 1000THB. Fine for me but if you want a place to get your head down and get travelling it's fine

Was told to take a package deal for a week . But was free to go after one night. Which is great,because this might be one of the worst hotels I’ve been. The hotel promised to refund me. But still haven’t. So I spoke to royal Thai police,and filed charges against this hotel. My advice Don’t go to this hotel. There’s better options

Bad experience. There is only one nurse for Covid Art PCR test. I got positive and asked for home isolation. They let me coordinate by myself and I have wait for long time to get information about what to do next. I have called insurance and 1330 for self quarantine. Once it is registered, none of the hotel staff and a nurse did not help me anything. Wasting money. Please go to another hotel.

Had to spend 24 hours here as part of the sha hotel quarantine. Very poor service , cold food ,no room service even down to the coffee being only 2 servings in room. When called reception no one available until 08.00??? Sayes 24 hour room service but non existent. There are hundreds of hotels in Bangkok offering the same service in my opinion choose one of those. Overall not a very nice experience.

Joke of a hotel sorry, falling to bits, cockroaches in the rooms, pushy rude staff and overpriced for what it is. DO NOT even consider staying here, would have rather slept on the streets than experience this place, thank god it was only 1 night. food terrible for breakfast also.
