Spend 4 night in luxury chalet with family, great property, got complementary food vouchers, free baby food. Cons- unprofessional front desk, was giving priority to foreigners. Added extra food amount to my final bill without having any signed bill of the things I didn't order, but overall everything good, recommended

Had a really lovely experience at this resort. The ambience was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful, which made the whole stay so relaxing. The environment was well maintained and had such a calming vibe. The staff was extremely polite, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. A special mention to Miss Monika, who was especially kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely love to visit again.

We stayed at the resort for 2 nights to celebrate 31st Gala night dinner and welcome new year-2026. We have been repeatedly coming to resort now for over 5 years and every year we are pleasantly surprised with new additions to the property. Monika & Melisha were excellent in their hospitality and make us comfortable. Mr. Wilson who has been helping us with booking, has never said NO to anything has always exceeded in our expectations....we have always felt like staying at home, with lovely food, courteous staff, natural surroundings of monsoon palace and majestic mountains.... Must try this hidden Gem...

I’ve stayed at Brands and I’ve worked in this industry long enough to understand what truly lies behind every warm greeting, every flawless gesture, and every heartfelt smile. It’s not just SOPs or training—it’s hard work, discipline, mentorship, leadership, design, empathy, and the sheer dedication of people who care deeply about what they do. Sure, everyone talks about the beautiful property, the nature, the amenities, the rooms… But let’s be real—today’s luxury wasn’t the building, it was the people. A special shoutout to the mentors who trained me and shaped who I am today: Om Sir, Raghuveer Sir, Ravi Sir, Wilson Sir, Himmat Sir, Akshay Sir.
