It was a nice place for a short stay in the heart of the city. Clean, courteous staff and a good restaurant. Best part apart from the hotel is it’s centra location - not only is it budget friendly but also walkable distance to MG road with its restaurants, Brigade road and Garuda Mall. A short hop on a tempo takes you to commercial street. Our family had a good time and it was very convenient as it’s close to all those places above - esp when you are traveling with old parents and young kids.

Nice hotel with supportive staff, hotel is near to market place and tourist spot like palace etc. restaurants are nearby so is the market. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff helped us in getting transportation and helping to get us to Vande Bharat for mysore.

After a break of 3 years it was wonderful to see the hotel’s facilities, staff and restaurant are still functioning as pre-covid. Excellent quiet location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, free wifi, and a very helpful taxi service. Thank you Ballal Residency.

Service was rather slow. Ordered Food was served one after the other,the entire family could not enjoy the dinner together.for ex., one of the starters ordered arrived when some main course of the dinner item was on the table. Rava dosa was like chips, set dosa, which ballal was famous for was like dry rotis, this is the first time we experienced such bad food and service in the last 20 years. Reporting had no effect. We were asked to write in the feed back book. MANAGER who was watching the scene did not bother to Talk and understand the issue.Big let down by Ballal. Think before visiting the place.

Very tasty and whole some vegetarian food.The meal and busi bele bath is awesome.Ample space for car parking.Good and courteous service by the staff. A small bar and restaurant is there adjacent to the main restaurant.
