As a guest at the hotel, I was disappointed by the hotel manager's Mr Vivek ( night manager ) inability to communicate with politeness .. one of the worst manager I came across .. I would recommend that the hotel core team to work on improving their communication skills with some politeness in order to better serve their guests and create a more positive experience overall.

There has been a management change and they have promptly addressed the issues as mentioned in the previous reviews. I stayed for a night in a clean fresh room without any hassle and the morning breakfast was also good.

It's a Budget hotel near railway station. Found Lots of mosquitoes. it had dirty towels and bedsheet .careless and clueless manager, with no sense of hospitality Only plus Food in Restaurant at the hotel was really good ( we had veg thali)

Hotel is nice and clean. Hotel management and staff are good.Breakfast is limited but tasty.over all stay was nice and good.only problem the hotel location road is narrow. Its not a big deal.front desk officer are well behaved. Thnxs.

Located centrally opposite to the Siliguri junction.Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are well behaved and cooperative. Has a parking facility. Food is also good. Over all a good place to stay with your family if you are in Siliguri. A good value for your money as well.
